INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

London Pavers
Step 1: Excavate unsuitable, unstable or unconsolidated subgrade material and compact the area which has been cleared. Backfill and level with class 5 gravel or recycled concrete suitable for base material of compacted base for light vehicular and pedestrian traffic, increasing to 12 in. for heavy vehicular and industrial use.

Step 2: Place bedding course of washed concrete and sand conforming to the grading requirements to an approx. depth of 1 to 1-1/2".

Step 3: Where required, cut pavers with a concrete saw to fit accurately, neatly and without damaged edges.

Step 4: Tamp pavers with a plate compactor uniformly level, true to grade and free of movement.

Step 5: Fill joints with sand.

  
Bullet Edgers
Step 1: Dig a trench 4" wide and 1"-4" deep depending upon how far you would like the edger to stick out of the ground.

Step 2: Prepare trench by applying one inch of aggregate (sand, class 5 or recycle concrete) and compacting to a uniform level.

Step 3: Position Bullet Edgers end to end in the trench. Using a mallet, tamp units firmly into place. Level each unit side to side, end to end and with adjoining units.
